The doctors, nurses, PA's, and workers were awesome...very patient...worked hard to get pain level down (thanks to Catie). The facility is extremely clean. Surgery went smoothly. So blessed to have the James nearby.

On 11/22/17, I was told I have leiomyosarcoma (LMS) in my inferior vena cava. I was originally sent to UC but when the surgical oncologist said no need for biopsy or PET scan or chemo or radiation, let's do surgery and you have >50% of bleeding to death during said surgery, I needed a 2nd opinion. Dr. Chen jumped in with both feet running and has done every sensible thing. I had a biopsy so once the results confirm the LMS, insurance will OK the PET scan.
