I was pretty impressed with my visit. The staff was amazing n would refer anyone there.
They took care of our Doc this week when he ingested a large amount of gum containing xylitol. They were knowledgeable, helpful and caring. We can't say enough good things about them.
I would like to thank the doctor, resident, nurses, respiratory therapists and staff on the eleventh floor ICU-CCU at the James Cancer Center for the care given to my sister Karen as she finished her battle with cancer. I will forever remember the care and dignity she was given there. They also treated and cared for our family through that difficult time. You were amazing and will always be in my memories and prayers.
The billing is a constant challenge with this place. They just can’t get things right. This office desperately needs to invest in better people, process and technology - and bill customers the right amount! Shame because the doctors are actually really good.
This review is for the current location. I take my son here (baby) and find the wait times to be outrageous. A simple 4 month checkup and vaccination took 3 hours! They constantly schedule appointments at the same time making our doctor rush through either our appointment or the peoples before us. About 50% of the staff is rude and unfriendly. A nurse administering shots to my son was clearly having a bad day and took it out on my 4 month old baby. With no care as to where she placed his shots she roughly held his legs and s... read more
a world class facility with an amazing staff from reception to veterinarians. My dog had great care and thorough follow-up. Thanks to everyone that made our experience so great.
