Drove 7 hours from maryland. My German shepherd needed a total hip replacement Dr. Dyce is one of the best. So far I like them they have been calling me with updates since yesterday and his surgery is 12 o'clock today. We went over the best options and exactly how the procedure would be handled. Will come here for any surgery my animals need.
Best of the best. They showed genuine concern for our dog. They listened to our concerns and answered all questions. They explained our options and went into great detail. When it was over and done they were as happy as we were with our dogs progress. They were friendly too!
On January 28, 2018 my beautiful Golden woke up and was having trouble breathing, she had been fine the night before. I called OSU and they told me to bring her in right away. I pulled up and the came out to the car to take her in. Her condition was critical (she had developed blood around her heart overnight). Had the worst experience ever with a vet named Tita Burnham.!!!! I’m actually question if she is even licensed as a vet!!! To have sick dog brought in to be seen with a wide range of symptoms with a sudden onset and for the so called vet, Tita Burnham, to not even do a full assessment is beyond pathetic! I had to beg her to look in his ears and she didn’t even want to do that. Plus she didn’t use an otoscope I ask her if she wanted me to use the light on my phone and her response was “ yeah”! Need to express my gratitude for your service. Woke up my birthday morning to a dog that couldn’t stand up or walk. We were prepared to make a difficul decision and your staff was amazing all the way through. Luckily your we didn’t have to go down that road and our old girl is on the mend. I’ll never forget that when your staff brought my pup back out they handed me a piece of cake and sang happy birthday in the lobby.
