They are very good and a very clean hospital and they treat you like family. They take very good care of you. They make sure you are taken very good care of you in every way and there food is the best. My local hospital I wouldn't feed that to my dog lol
I would like to thank Dr. Michelle Bessire and her team for the way they took care of my horse,Jasper. I was afraid I was going to lose him,but Dr. Michelle kept working with him and I got to bring him home Tuesday. We just want to express our gratitude for the kindness and compassion of the staff here. We brought my yorkie in on Christmas day after she woke up extremely ill. We were greeted so warmly and my dog was taken into their care immediately. Unfortunately my baby passed away, but the compassion shown to us was unbelievable. We arrived and we were taken to a private room where we could hold our sweet girl and say goodbye. As we were leaving, the vet gave us a hug and gave her condolences. For such a large complex, parking was easy, signage was clear and easy to follow as well as everyone being incredibly polite and helpful. We even had a doctor walk us to the elevators we needed to use...a doctor! What an incredible job at developing a community of service from the the least to the most.
