My dad had a minor stroke was admitted and no one in our family got a "family code". I called 2 times and had no problem talking to a nurse without the code because my name was on the list of people who they could talk to. The third time i called, the operator was very rude and would not at least transfer me to the nurse. She hung up on me 3 times after this. RecommendedEvery encounter with the people that work there, from the check-in desk to post-surgery recovery, was beyond satisfactory. Every single aspect of the entire process far exceeded my expectations. I am very grateful to have been taken care of such a talented and positive group of professionals.
RecommendedI spent several hours in this ED only because the staff wanted to assure I was safe enough to leave with my diagnosis. They were efficient , caring and thoughtful. A special shout out to my nurse Heather, Dr Buchanan, Dan( resident) and the CT staff for your compassionate care on Christmas Eve eve. Merry Christmas and thank you for all you do for your patients daily!
