RecommendedWe have received exceptional care here since my son's surgery on February 4,2020. From the cleaning staff, to the nurses, Dr.s, p.c.a, physical and occupational therapists, case workers, social workers and everyone we have come in contact with during our stay has been amazing. The level of care they have given my son has made an incredibly tough time easier on all of us. We traveled here from Michigan and it is honestly worth the trip.
RecommendedMy husband is seeing Dr Pohar, urologist/oncologist, for bladder cancer. He is receiving excellent care and The James has the BCG treatment for bladder cancer that he needs. He was on a waiting list to get the treatments with his former urology group. Dr. Pohar’s staff is just amazing. They are so caring and compassionate. We are so grateful and thankful to be at the right place with the best physician! Don’t hesitate to change doctors if you are getting substandard care. Thanks OSU!

Does not offer Vegan options other than fruit or salad. I was told by the person preparing food on the grill that the black bean burgers are prepared on the same Grill as regular burgers. So I asked if they were prepared separately and he said no. He does not clean the grill between cooking vegetarian burgers and regular burgers. They are all done at the same time.

I was incredibly disappointed with the OSU Emergency Room care. My college aged child was in the ER with a broken collar bone Saturday evening, 1 Feb 2020. Obviously, he was in a great deal of pain, but he specifically asked the doctor not to be prescribed anything addictive. What did they prescribe him, exactly that: Oxycodone. Hours later, when my son and I were discussing it when the nurse told us-- my son just wanted to go home and capitulated. I asked for it to be changed AND SHE DID NOTHING.
