I love my OSUMC doctors. The people working in the ER dont need to be in the medical field. They are rude and their service sucks.
RecommendedEverything about my experience was perfect. I love the staff! when I say love I mean with all my heart ❤. I've never felt more welcome and cared about in any other medical facility. Not for one second was I ever treated like a patient. I was treated like family. I met some of the most amazing people there during my stay. I'll never forget them. Would recommend this place to everyone in the world. It's only been a couple of weeks since I've been released and I miss everyone I met there.
I went to this ER with chest pain and the nurse that attended to me was very dismissive. I could have collapsed because my nurse did not seem to think I had actual heart issues and the staff was in no hurry to get me back to be seen by a physician. I was later diagnosed with something at another ER I went to because this ER made me wait when I was presented with chest pain. It’s ridiculous. RecommendedEverything, the staff was great and caring. At least at the James i could get a show every day and my bed made with clean sheets. Try that at LMH in Newark, Ohio. They are a JOKE, I wouldn't take a sick snail there.
RecommendedIt is the best hospital I have ever been to. From the ER Dept. to both the radiation and chemo therapy depts and everything in between. It is amazing !!!

My grandma has been in there for almost 4/6 weeks the nurses have been very rude to my mom . They kept her hands tied down for 15 days in a row . The nurse was asleep at the nurses station , they told my mom they didn’t have time to deal with the questions my mom had about them not being able to do an IV, PIC line or PEG tube , she has not ate or drank for 4 days they don’t care I am a nurse and I would never treat family or patients the way they have been doing us , there letting my mamaw sit there and die And I have no con... read more
