Recommendedthe doctors and staff was a blessing I brought in my cat today 2/2/2020 she was diagnosed with Pyometra and needed emergency surgery that I couldn't afford to save her life. I thought I was going to have to put her to sleep . The doctor came in told me that they was going to do the surgery that they had all decided that I qualified for a pet care grant I wouldn't have to pay the 3000.00 it was going to cost. RecommendedEven though the outcome was not what we had hoped for, the staff, from the volunteers to the chief attending physicians were nothing short of outstanding in caring for my late Mom. We were treated with dignity and respect through Moms illness and passing. If I am ever in a position where I need hospitalization, this is where I want to be!
I have to pay $500 out of pocket for a colonoscopy the doctor botched where I got no results. Dr Wenzke's office said the prep I did, which they gave instructions to me to follow and I did, was not sufficient and I should have done the 2 day prep they never told me to do. But they are still charging me. I got not results. Medical professionals are scammers!
The ambulance brought my Mom to the ER around 3:00 pm on Wednesday, January 29. WE ARE STILL WAITING IN THE ER!!!! By my calculation, we’ve entered hour THIRTY-ONE, 31! It’s flu season and there are many people sick, laying in beds in the hallways, laying in beds alongside the nurses stations; not in rooms or behind curtains. At what point do you diverge traffic to other emergency rooms? This is ridiculous and it’s not fair to the patients or the staff. RecommendedI haven't spent much time in hospitals during my life, but I really want to take a moment to thank the Transplant team on the 10th floor of the Rhodes building. After donating a kidney on Jan 28, my care was TOP NOTCH. Everyone I interacted for the two days after my surgery treated me with the utmost respect, and sincerity.
