Apartment is beautiful, management is less than stellar. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Great hard wood floors, nice carpeting in the bedrooms. Within walking distance close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, the town's pool and the local school district. However time and time again the manager of the property, Diana, has come off as extremely unprofessional while communicating with potential and current residents. Great location, cheap rent Convenient location, can walk to retail/downtown and transit stops nearby. Apts are what you'd expect for affordable housing. Very reasonable, not a lot of amenities but pretty spacious layout. I feel secure here. Parking is free. Staff is friendly and attentive.

A great Location We moved here after looking into the best value for our money. We have a spacious one bedroom apartment with a nice size balconyand are very comfortable here. Best of all is the location. Its close to everything. Any store you need or want is within a mile or two. If you are looking for an apartment in the Maple Shade area you should look into The Arbors.
Family Community This is a FANTASTIC Apartment complex if you are looking for a sense of belonging..safe and well kept inside and out..very friendly staff willing to help at all times...Studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms..washers and dryers on site on each floor ..playground for children..pet friendly...conveniently located between 2 malls , grocery stores and many other shopping places and restauraunts.
Getting better. I have lived at the Arbors going on 3 years and I believe they just replaced a few people in the office. The former bunch were very rude and almost impossible to get in contact with. I must say that I am very pleased with the new people they have brought on board. They are much more friendly and helpful. I expressed my unhappiness living there and the problems I have been having and the new girl in the office has worked with me to try to correct these issues. The arbors The arbors are ok. I have a two bed one bath apartment is pretty big. We have a problem with mice getting in the vents around the floor and we have bugs like crazy are apartment is by the woods. We see deer in the woods which is nice. It's a starter for us right now.
