Just got they keys to our first apartment. Taylor was a big help and made the leasing process a breeze. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to move in. Also love the apartment!
VERY LOUD!! We live in the bottom floor and it sounds like the upstairs neighbors are stomping around all the time!! We are very unhappy here. I would not recommend these condos to anyone. The Building itself is beautiful and the amenities are nice but definitely DISAPPOINTED with our Living Conditions.
Taylor has been so helpful from the minute I contacted The Apts at Shade Tree! She is quick to respond, answered each and every question and I was thrilled to rent a place here! She has gone above and beyond to help me get settled while I'm in Nashville trying to get this situated long distance, which is never easy! Great location, cute place and I can't wait to move in!
Gorgeous brand new apartments and the prices can't be beat! Right in the heart of Johns Island - Charleston's playground! This is what living in Charleston is all about!
