Nearly two years ago, I uprooted myself from my home in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate NY just south of Montreal, CA. Great place to live! Pet friendly with excellent fitness center, pool, and management team. An easy commute to Kiawah/Seabrook or downtown Charleston.
I lived in Charleston for three years and Shade Tree Apartments were my favorite place to live! I visited the property right after the hurricane a few years ago and I was immediately sold that it was one of the only places that did withstand any flooding!!! Not only that but the apartments were super cute, very modern, gym was awesome and have you seen the pool???? I also loved how each tenant (since I was on the first floor) had their owm flare for their gardens whether it be fun stone pathways, fabulous flowers, decor, etc... read more
I haved lived here for almost a year and its been fantastic. I guess coming from NYC I just am not used to all the amenities you get here like power washing, pest control, centeral AC and general maintinance. Id be lucky if I ever saw a super or maintiance guy again after the day I moved in to a place up north. Love the pool, gym, and events we have now.The staff have been great with an issues that have come up. Keep up the good work. Also so dog friendly and all an around pretty environment. I reccommend to all.
I've lived here for more than a year and absolutely love this place!!!! The apartment is beautiful and the staff are so friendly; they have been so kind to my new puppy! He looks for Benny and Megan every single day!!!
