I have lived in a number of places on Johns Island and James Island, and Shadetree is, by far, my favorite. The staff is so friendly, and they have managed to create a relaxed atmosphere in a luxury apartment setting. I wouldn't rather be anywhere else!
I love Shade Tree! Friendly and helpful staff that have gone out of their way to assist with any all concerns. There are great walking trails and common spaces which easy and fun to meet new people. The apartment is spacious and reasonably priced. Definitely glad I moved here!
Thanks to the folks having the Halloween party on Saturday evening by the pool...I'm most grateful for the delicious food y'all shared. Perfect timing when my fridge was empty that night. �
We didn't stay long because we closed on our first home. But this apartment complex is heaven...the neighbors are super nice and the staff are absolutely friendly! I miss you guys...I'll come back to visit soon.
