Verified Renter I've lived here for 3 years now and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. I love the location and apartment size/layout. When I moved in, there was new carpet and everything was very clean. I'm on the top floor and so there's lots of light. Maintenance services is very responsive and helpful. I also love having the optional garage for my car and extra storage. It's near the car washing area so that's a plus! Verified Renter Cozy apt, cozy area. Very quiet. Expensive but that comes with the area. Workers here are very polite and knowledgeable. Only thing I can say bad is that the repairs done in the apts are not the best and some may lack. But overall it’s a decent and cozy apt.

We have had no issues with pests or neighbors, and everyone is very friendly. We have had difficulties with timeliness of maintenance requests and communication around requests mostly related to air conditioning.
