Communication is lacking, difficult, and response time is too long. Info provided is often wrong, for example, on apt tour I mentioned to my roommate that she could never have a grill on her balcony and the management employee interjected an affirmative "yes, she can". Verified Renter The apartment is clean and the surrounding area and club house are well taken care of. The cost is a but much but on par with the surrounding area. The leasing office has been hit or miss in terms of help but they are generally good.

Verified Renter I love my apartment, and the community around it. There has been a problem with staffing - too much turnover. Just as we get to know the office folk, they move on. And service requests are not handled in a timely manner these days.

Verified Renter Apartment is wonderful. Great location in Reston, great maintenance, only problem is noise. Can actually walk to a wonderful shopping center if your car is being worked on, or just to get the exercise.
