I LOVE the nurse I had today and Dr. Krishan is listening to me but I have to agree with a post earlier about customer service not being great. They need to communicate better. Had I not gone back for testing to be redone I would've given a 1.5 rating. Thankfully my experience was much better today than the first time and better in person than the mess on the phone!
The Allernow clinic turned out to be a huge disappointment. My daughter ended up in the ER the same day she was seen at the Allernow clinic. Turns out the Allernow clinic missed a double ear infection and sinusitis. We will NEVER return to the Allernow clinic again. Don't waste your time or money.
Crossville office is AMAZING our daughter gets shots 2x a week in both arms she's 5 and there Soo good to her!!! Ashley the nurse practitioner is hands down the BEST!!!!! I would highly recommend them
Very Professional. Much attention to detail. Diagnosed problem, have a plan to take care. Very much satisfied. Highly recommend.
I have never felt so good in my life...before finding these Great people. Dr Ty Prince is the best.
