If I could rate it a "0" it would be. High Crime, and falling apart. Service is the worst.
I have lived here now over 3 years and I have had no problems. Management is always nice and understanding. Maintenance has always been prompt. I feel 100% safe walking around at night. This is a great place to live. I saw one girl mention bats in the summer. That's is true, the bats are crazy at night during the summer, but at least I know they are eating all the bugs. Lol. Bats are not enough for me to leave a bad review and move out.
