Hilda Gonzalez is the most disrespectful unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. I would suggest not to move to these apartments. I’m not going into details about my experiences with her now because, I’m waiting on a call from the regional manager. Outside of that, the parking here is terrible. Water is always shut off or hot water isn’t working. When you’re about to move out they give the next person permission to come knock on your door to view their “future apartment”. RecommendedI can highly recommend Ashley. She is totally on point and will not stop doing enough for my family, during what is a truly stressful time at the moment. Her work ethics and mannerism is professional but extremely friendly. From my understanding, she doesn’t work at the location but in the leasing call center. So, plz acknowledge all her amazing qualities. Thank you (again), Ms. Ashley!!!
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible I’m very disappointed with the price that I pay every month and I have lived in my unit for months with out a/c. Even after I reported the issue several time it’s still was never resolved. I literally contacted property level management as well as the regional and still living in a unit with no air paying over $1,000 monthly. The worst part is no one even cares enough to follow up on tenant to make sure any issues as serious as air was taking care of. Please save yourself the money and agony.
