I moved in about 4 months ago and I have been very happy here. I am in a town home, so I can't speak for the high rises, but it is very quiet and I have great neighbors. Yes you hear some noises sometimes, but it's an apartment. They also do a couple small get-togethers every month and it's a good way to meet your neighbors. My only complaint is the pool is small so it does get crowded because they put too many people in a community for a pool that size. The staff has a poor attitude towards its tenants. Its hallways stink and are stained with trash oil and dogs who don't make it to the grass to go pee. They threaten their tenants with actions they are not lawful to do, to get tenants to do what they want. The place is not designed for handicapped persons nor the elderly. We will be moving out soon.
