The management isn’t really competent. They won’t email you when you get a package, my last two apt complexes did this, maybe I got spoiled. They took almost two weeks to get our wager and dryer after I was told it would take 3 days max. Then when we got a water leak they painted over the stains. Did they fix the roof? I don’t know because the maintenance crew is apparently not allowed to talk to residents. This place will keep a roof over your head and keep the elevators running mostly. Would not recommend.

Went yesterday to pick up keys for new apartment. The staff was helpful and super friendly. That legit never happens to me. The price point is great for the apartments & mine is so cute. So far so great ��
Thank you for admitting you're lie. First of all repairs were never done or completed. All damages were covered up by drywall, and paint for ONE room which is the room next to ac unit. Second air conditioning leaks are INTERNAL (out of our site) and is a maintenance issue. The LEAKS were above the foundation but under the flooring through out the whole apartment.
