I live in a quite town home toward the back of complex, I Love the property and the staff in office is always very pleasant and helpful. Grounds are always clean and well groomed. Maintance staff has some undesirable qualities and amenities areas need more attention. Every place will have one or two issues you hope management would address, but over all, I am happy here. This complex looked great coming in. We live in the mid-rise. It's me, my wife, and 2 kids, both under 5 years old. THE ELEVATORS GO OUT WEEKLY. It's horrible for us having kids and with my wife working from home, she has lots of supplies to bring up and down. Not to mention groceries and other times we have to carry things up and down the stairs when the elevators aren't working. Most everything else here is fine. Great place. Love the floor plans and the lake is awesome! Healthy, stocked with catfish, bass, crappie, sun fish, and gar. CONS: Gym is out dated but I believe they are working on that. No dog park or washing station, despite being very dog friendly.
My beautiful daughter lives there. It's quiet, serene, and gorgeous.
