Laurie Fisher is one of the best staff at Briar forest leasing agent, she is so welcoming polite, she have good sense of humor she always want to assist , she take her time to explain things to you . above all she is charming..
After 3 broken windows by random kids...BUT before these broken windows we we're dealing with MOLD from the AC carpet has mold underneath but they will not replace carpet!!!! Yet we dealt with all this damn mold, they want to evict because of a window that was broken by bad kids around here. DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People have been shot, robbed and never parking as well
Since moving into here for a year, (1) my air conditioner has gone out twice, (2) the hot water has gone out from "maintenance" at least 12 different times, (3 ) water has leaked from the apartment above me causing mold to grow in our apartment, (4) the tire and antenna has been stolen from my truck, (5) the bolier room is so loud, it interrupts our sleep, and (6) nothing has been done regarding my complaints of my neighbors stomping above my head until 11 PM. I live in a quite town home toward the back of complex, I Love the property and the staff in office is always very pleasant and helpful. Grounds are always clean and well groomed. Maintance staff has some undesirable qualities and amenities areas need more attention. Every place will have one or two issues you hope management would address, but over all, I am happy here.
