I have been attending The 12 for about 3 years now. In Southern CA... there are many places to work out and I have been to most of them in my 15+ years living in Southern California. But, when I started at The 12 as much as the work outs are just amazing! It was also the atmosphere of the staff and the members. Living away from family in Texas... I’ve been following Miss Buck for about 10 years. She turned me on to the 12 when she starting there. The workouts are great and never boring. Love that the 12 is in Costa Mesa now!
