This is my go to workout place!! Been going everyday for a month and it's working!!
This is the best gym I've ever gotten my workouts in. The beauty is in the variety of the people. You find yourself working out alongside high level athletes as well as people just beginning their fitness journey. The culture here is one of a unit, with everyone pushing and helping each other. From the person going through it to the trainer guiding you. About the trainers; that variety becomes even more beneficial. TRY IT! You'll like it! You'll love it! I can't say enough about Matt G., Keith, and Sarah (the coaches I've taken from)! I'm so mentally spent from my job, these coaches have so much energy (a little too much pre-workout maybe), positivity, and encouragement, that I can show up mentally exhausted and they help me push! Any beyond the soft skills, they really know there "shtuff"! Soooooo good!!!
Sarah Gillette is a bo$$ and takes training to a whole new level in the Afterburn training classes at the 12. It's an awesome combination of instruction and motivation that will get you in the best shape of your life. The front desk crew makes you feel at home and a part of this great community. Joelle's personality and warmth is infectious! Get here now!
I love taking Sarah's 6:30pm classes. She's really motivating and everyone is so welcoming. The classes are always different each day so you're never bored. It truly feels like a community here.

I have been working out at The 12 for about a year and absolutely love coming here. It's a great community, all the trainers and staff get to know you and always welcome you when walking in. Trainers will push you to do the best you can then celebrate your accomplishments with you. It's a great community to be part of, try out a class and you'll fall in love!
