Came here because of their package deal for Black Friday and have been obsessed since day one! Sarah and Keith are my favorite and the front desk with colored hair is always so nice and she shocked me when she learned my name after just a couple sessions! Love how every workout is different and every day is different. It let's me pick and chose workouts according to my other activities so I'm not over working my body and injuring it.
This place is constantly challenging with their afterburner classes. New workout everyday, always new circuits and new equipment constantly being upgraded. That's something I like about this place is that they are investing in their facilities to allow their customers to get a better workout and get more out of their time here. Best gym ever!! I come here five days a week and look forward to each workout! The employees at this gym are so kind and helpful. Andre greets you with a smile first thing and then Chad immediately starts kicking my ass. Chad is the best trainer!! �
I have been a gym member here since they have opened and I have loved working out here. The equipment is amazing, lots of open space, clean, everyone is friendly and you are treated like family. Continually improving and upgrading the gym and has all the free weights and machines you would ever need.
One of the best one hour workouts. The staff and coaches are very friendly and motivating and inspiring. Sarah is one of the most funnest coaches I've ever met.
I am so happy I started training at this gym. I highly recommend training with Andrew. He's incredible! He is great at viewing your body language, and knows just how far he can push you. I'm extremely pleased with my sessions. He's an incredible trainer. Thank you, Andrew!!!
