I was a member of the gym that occupied the building before The12. The12 has made so many improvements as far as the equipment is concerned and in the facility itself. Also, the staff is fantastic. They are friendly, cooperative, helpful, accommodating and professional.
I just love going to the 12. The trainers are amazing and they never disappoint! Love my 0500 am crew. Wouldn't miss it! Been coming for over 2 years... wouldn't change a thing! ����

The 12 in Costa Mesa is the only place that I want to work out. They have an excellent selection of supplements with knowledgeable staff a vast array of classes to choose from.
