Best decision I have made about working out! Always a good workout! I have already seen changes in my body. Not to mention the staff and instructors are the best!! Sarah is so motivational and helpful. You will never be judged and is for all levels. Must try.

Huge shoutout to Sarah Gillette! The smiles and attitude of her class does not do the intensity level justice. It was only due to her enthusiastic nature and killer dance moves that I happily puked up a lung in the bathroom (and lost a contact somehow), and came back for more. I have been an athlete my whole life and trained to failure in sports as well as in the Marines yet still each of her classes I walk away learning half a dozen small tweaks and corrective motions for my workout. this is the first time i've ever felt comfortable going to a gym. the vibe is welcoming even to the most inexperienced.
Everyone is so friendly there. I was worried at first because I'm not in that great of shape and gyms can feel intimidating but that was not the case at this gym. It wasn't just the trainers that were nice. It was the members too! Saying hi and just making me feel like I belonged. Also can we talk about those kick butt classes.
