The 12 gym is an amazing place to workout at.. I'm always challenged and sore the next day. The instructors are fun and really nice. I'm always looking forward to my next workout !
This is a serious training facility No grab a ** no social Club in here just young and old athletes doing what they do best preparing themselves for battle
You have to come out and try this place! Such a great workout, and you are surrounded by amazing and inspiring people!!!
