Awesome atmosphere, such friendly and amazing personnel and staff, a really amazing gym. The group classes are so good, such a great pace and always a new challenge. I love this gym
I haven't done any type of work out except yoga in years. After one session I was in love and freaking rocked with endorphins. This place is magical, all the trainers are great, all the people you work out with are great, it's just great end of story
RecommendedMy HIIT training gym shut down with no warning and I needed to find a replacement. I Decided to try out a class here and it is exactly what I was looking for; group fitness environment that is motivating and fun and challenging! So grateful to find there are two locations in Costa Mesa; as I was dreading having to join a traditional gym and take mediocre classes. 👏🏼💪🏻👍🏻
