The office was very polite, professional, and courteous. I received service that was friendly and prompt. Explanations were abundant and clear. I had an X-ray, exam, and consult. The problem I have is that in addition to a cyst that I went in for that wasn't removed, I had excessive pain for which Dr. McCarroll sold me a $45 insole which helped 0%. After suffering for another 2 weeks, I purchased $6 ball of foot pads from the sneaker store and my pain went away instantly. Wasted $100 :(
Staff very friendly. Spent time to explain foot problem. Would highly recommend.
