Dr. McCarroll is a very competent foot doctor with a pleasant personality and very easy to talk with as well as to understand treatments.
Dr. McCarroll is such a wonderful person. She makes you understand what is going on with your feet and explains it so anyone can understand. She takes her time with you and is very thorough and knowledgable. I am so glad I was referred to her. I will highly recommend her to others.

Needed a new foot doc due to insurance changes. Had an ingrown nail that was 'permanently' fixed years ago that was driving me nuts but honestly all I could think about was how much the darn shots in the tip of my big toe hurt. Dr. McCarroll had appointments available in a reasonable time and said her approach to numbing my toe would be much easier. Let me tell you I am thrilled, toe is fixed and on the road to healing. Great office staff too.
I had never been to a foot Dr. and was extremely nervous because I had a bad infection in my big toe so I had no idea what to expect. The Dr. and the staff was so wonderful and squeezed me in on her day off because they did not want me to wait. She was only there doing admin work but took the time to see me. She was very thorough and talked me through everything and made me feel less nervous. It was quick and easy and the Dr. explained everything in detail step by step. I love this Dr. and have
She was amazing and was very knowledgeable about my broken foot. She was patient with me and showed me the break on the x-ray and the proper steps I need to take to walk normal again. Very polite and kind and has a great sense of doctor humor makes the bad expierence sorta fun and good.
Dr. McCarroll was able to help my 5 year old son get rid of a plantar wart, AND got me in immediately to remove a very painful ingrown toenail. And when I say immediately, i mean it. I left her a voicemail at 9pm, and i was sitting in her chair at 10am the next morning. She is a fantastic doctor and I would recommend her to anyone.
VERY knowledgeable and understanding. She came highly recommended by my family doctor. Not having any idea where to go for answers to the specific problem I presented to my Doctor I thought sure I would give it a shot not being happy with my current podiatrist. Who didn't solve the problem but just put a "Band aid" on the problem. Dr. McCarroll listened and came up with a course of action to SOLVE the problem and not just kick the can down the road. Thank You Dr. McCarroll!
