I can not say enough good things about the positive experiences at Dr. McCarroll's practice. I am not one to write reviews....however, this one is truly warranted. Everyone is SO friendly that you feel like family from the first visit! Carol at the front desk starts you off with a genuine welcome! Staff pleasant--easy to talk to--easy instructions.
Dr. McCarroll was recommended to me for a broken toe. I was able to get a quick appointment at a time which was very suitable for my working hours. The office secretary was very pleasant and helped alleviate my fears of ensuring that the doctor had my x-ray and necessary paperwork for the appointment. Went to Dr. Carroll with severe foot pain. Her staff was able to schedule a same day appointment. Dr. Carroll assessed my issue and implemented a course of treatment which alleviated my pain within 4 weeks. Her knowledge, excellent bed side manner, and caring mannerism put my anxiety at bay. I highly recommend her for any issues relating to the foot or ankle.
I met Dr. McCarroll for the first time in October when I went to see her about a pain in my right foot. She took great care in examining my foot and diagnosing the problem. I saw her yesterday and I am pain free. She is a wonderful, caring doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is suffering from foot pain.
Dr McCarroll is very professional and an expert in her field. She treated me for Plantar Fasciitis, ingrown toenails and nail fungus at different times over the past 1 1/2 years. Today was my first expierience with Dr. McCarroll. She was super professional and she explained everything in detail for my ingrown toenail. She talked me through the entire process. I was in and out before my scheduled appt. Time! Would reccommend Dr. McCarroll to everyone!
Dr. McCarroll is caring, smart and an expert in her field. She relieved my pain and concerns immediately and continues to follow up to provide continued success. Tanya her assistant is extremely accommodating, friendly and kind. As a medical professional myself, I would highly recommend this physician.
My experience with Dr. Michelle McCarroll was fantastic. Her explanations of my problem were very easy to understand. The instructions on how to care for my foot after my procedure were also very clear. She gave me all the information I needed to have a quick recovery and start rebuilding strength and flexibilty safely. I've just finished my 6 weeks in the surgical boot and I'm fully mobile. Dr. McCarroll's bill was exactly as quoted, with no financial surprises.
