this is my most favorite restaurant ever i LOVEEEE this restaurant. i try to go here any time that i can. the garlic noodles and the crab are the only things i get. trust me you will be satisfied with just that. then you can have the fried banana and ice cream for dessert.
TO DIE FOR!!!! This place is by far my fiance and I FAVORITE restaurant!!!! The garlic roasted crab is phenomenal! I mean, it leaves you wanting more every time and no where else compares! The seafood combination fried rice is spectacular! The garlic noodles is also a famous dish here. And we love the fried banana dessert! If I could eat here every night I would... it is that good! Garlic Noodles and Garlic Roasted Crab Once you have the garlic roasted crab, you compare every crab you eat to this one. It is so delicious that you will lick each finger when you are done. The garlic noodles are fantastic. The only thing I was annoyed about is that when you make a reservation, your whole party have to be there when you arrive. They will not seat you until everyone is together.

This place is always busy because they have the BEST seafood cuisine in town!!! I would suggest that you make your reservation prior to visiting this restaurant. Thanh Long Just about the best garlic dungeness crab I have ever had. Actually THE BEST. Whenever I am in San Francisco I try to make it to Thanh Long. The atmosphere is casual and the wait is long. The prices are mid range. I can not wait to get there again. My mouth is watering just writing this review. I don't know about the other items on their menu because all I ever eat is the crab. YUM!
thanh long if you love crab, this is the spot. One of my fav dishes is the garlic noodles but you have to eat it while it's hot since they do put a lot of better in it.
Too much butter! When I first went to Thanh Long, I thought I was in heaven. The garlic noodles and crab are truly delicious... if you can eat them in under 30 minutes. After that, the enormous amount of butter used in the food starts to congeal, and it is difficult to keep eating when you can actually see how much butter is coating your fork.
The BEST Roasted Garlic Crab!!!!!!!! Almost hidden in one of San Franciscos residential neighborhoods is Thanh Long Restaurant, the little sister restaurant to the world famous Crustations restaurant with cheaper prices, a relaxed attire, and the same food.
