I was just here. It was extremely busy. The hostess was extremely nice and sat us on the patio right away. We waited 20 minutes before a waitress came out to talk to the table next to us who were complaining about the wait for their food. We saw three waitresses come outside and they looked lost and no one came over to us to get our drink order or even introduce themselves to us. We got up and left. Like I said I get it's a Saturday night and it's busy but that's unacceptable. 2 stars is just for the nice hostess.

i love TGI fridays love food and friendly staff. There was a birthday and the server sang and brought ice cream - such a nice touch.......
Went there yesterday excited with 2 friends to checkout the 10 dollar unlimited apps (per person) as advertised on their web page . Come to find out it’s now 15 bucks and they removed all the good apps and left French fries,boneless wings and couple other boring items to choose from. Service was extremely slow and unacceptable. We had to bus our own table throughout dinner and go inside to get plates and silverware. Keep in mind this place was dead at time of day we went .
Was horrible service waited 30 minutes to be seated then another 30 for drink order then 20 to get them then after almost 2 hours the waiter comes says he has bad news then good news and they were out or what we ordered so we left with NO FOOD
We went on Mother's Day! Food and serve was great!
Was told there was a half hour wait put our names sat inside right next to hostess. After about 40 minutes and seeing about 20 open tables asked why we weren’t seated was told it would be an hour n half before we were sat bc servers and cooks couldn’t keep up. Was not told they were just going to let us sit there.
It took over 45 min for our meals to come out we ordered potatoe wedges they did not bring up plates to eat on our food was not hot it was just a bad experience
