We got there at 5:40pm and was there until 7:20pm! The waitress was nice but very slow and kept forgetting things. The food took an hour to get out and wasn’t even that busy. I ordered the whiskey burger and instead got a plain burger that was extremely burnt and got a very small portion of fries. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got no bacon in it also his hamburger was extremely burnt. This is the 3rd time visiting this location and each time was a bad experience.

the long Island ice tea was fantastic! our potatoes skins were very salty and my ribs could have used more sauce but they was very busy. our waitress was great and everything else was yummy
Horrible service tonight. we sat for over 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. We ordered as soon as the waitress came and asked for the salad before the food and 20+ minutes later the food came with no salad and a steak that was supposed to be medium rate was well done.

Large group, but really poor poor service. Had to wait forever to just sit down, then had to wait and wait and wait to order, then waited and waited to get our food, and it just kept on and on.
