The Manager Steve is a racist and was bold enough to call me a “N*gger” over the phone during argument when one of the servers made a threat towards me. Yes Steve, the general manager at the Creve Coeur location called me the N word. I was recorded the conversation the whole time when he said it to me. The COO Jeff, is racist as well and didn’t do ANYTHING after I told him about the Racial Slur that Steve had called. All the money I’ve spent at this place and this is how the treat me? stopped in at the St. Louis Fridays, thought it would be neat to go somewhere we had never tried and it wa very close to our hotel. Walked in and stood behind a family of four whom got seated. when the hostess came back to seat us she informed us it was shift change and we would have to wait 20-25 min to be seated. there were about 6 tables seated no more then four per party and definitely not a full house. It was a Saturday at 5pm, didnt understand the hold up. We left disappointed.
