Long waits, horrendous service, and lack luster food. Our server was never around, I only remember his name because he told me it like 5 times when he first showed up. Mark was awful. This guy needs some serious retraining, or maybe just find a new line of work. The service industry is not for him. We only got one refill while we were there, and our food came out cold. Our Server Mark was an idiot. He asked us what we ordered like 4 times, and never came back to check on our drinks, which were empty. We got one refill and only got that because we asked another waitress. My girlfriend didn't appreciate being approached by him by the bathrooms either. Yeah, he couldn't fill our drinks but was watching close enough to catch her before she went into the bathroom to ask her name and try to get her phone number. Fantastic as always. Katrina is the best bartender! And the food was amazing.
Our waiter was very slow spoke so soft you could never hear him and was never around the only thing that came out heart was the mozzarella sticks everything else was cold and took almost 30 minutes to remake it we were there for two hours trying to have dinner The chicken finger dinner my daughter ordered look like the same damn little chicken planks I buy at Sam's that taste like crap and so did these
The food always is great, and the service as welll. Highly I recommend the rib-eye
Waited 20 minutes and still hadn't taken our order. Walked by table multiple times and didn't even comment that he would be back soon. Frustrating especially when the restreaunt isn't even half full. As we left another table saw us leave and said they aren't happy either. Poor service makes it hard to come to place we typically enjoy.
