It was empty so fast prompt service drinks were great and good great as usual.
Food was awesome as usual. The waitress was a little inattentive. Sat and waited for refills. Took awhile for the bill to come even after telling her we were ready. Only came to the table once during the whole meal. We had a pricey bill. We always tip ,unless of course it was down right bad service.

The absolute WORST bartender ever!! Long beard, no clue.. unattentive...one couple left the bar because he didn't ask them for their order. He didn't give us untensils or water...I don't see how he has a job!! Awful!!
The bacon-crusted ribs were amazing!!!! All of the sides were tasty, too.....the cole slaw wasn't run of the mill, it actually had a signature flavor and texture that I would think is specific to TGIF...the breaded green beans were excellent, and the parmesan tomatoes were bangin'...will definitely get the same again

Bad experience every time I go to this location.. Will not go back..
Greeted upon entering, seated quickly (before dinner rush-time), served quickly & our server was polite & attentive. We enjoyed our Flat-Iron Steak dinners!

There's no reason ppl should be told there's a hour wait when the manger is sitting in the back at a table. Open space on both sides of the restaurant. This was not a good look at all.
