When we first walked in no host/hostess was available and we were standing there for 15 minutes waiting. When a host finally took our name he told us he wait was about 25 minutes. The host never came back and we were never called so we just seated ourselves. About 20 minutes later a waiter came and took our order and drink order about a half hour later we still didn’t have our drink orders. So I requested to see a manager and she was not very helpful!! My boyfriend and I go often.The food is always good. The service is always good and staff always friendly.

The service is horrible. We had to wait for our server and when he finally stopped by our table he said he would be right back. He never came back to us at all. We waited and another server came and apologized but we had to continuously wait for him because he had so many other tables. The service was not acceptable at all there needs to be more training and well established servers available to help. It is not a busy time right now there are only a few tables seated. I see many people just standing around. Unacceptable

Was there in June 2018 & was double charged for a meal. I called the same day & was told it would take 48 hours to be refunded on my card. Called 4 days later to tell them nothing was done then another manager said it takes 3-5 business days. I have yet to see my refund. It's only $10 but it was my $10.
