THEY DENIED ME TOILET PAPER! I had to ask 3 times if me (I'm 8 months pregnant by the way) and my 5 year old daughter could have some toilet paper for the restroom because all of the stalls were empty. I asked the manager on duty, who I found 5 mins later in the kitchen, clearly ignoring my request for toilet paper. Finally my server informed me they didn't have any toilet paper, no dishwasher on duty, no plates, they basically ran out of everything, and that she was very sorry. I was waiting for a table at this restaurant earlier, and they were very obviously understaffed. I kept hearing people bitch being like "but there's so many empty seats" and "this is ridiculous". I even heard one dude say to the hostess "It's going to take that long of a wait with all the tables that are open?" I just kind of shot him a death glare, and loudly said something about impatient people to the person I was with, hoping the guy heard me. I don't play that shit. Horrible service and food. Took over 20 minutes just to flag down someone to bring us drinks!
Celebrating my birthday...While eating apps at the bar with my husband, a roach dropped out of nowhere onto his arm. He freaked out and flung his arm, it landed on his chest. He jumped up and shook his shirt and it landed on the bar. The bartender was not shocked at all. When I asked her to come look, there's a roach...her reply was, "Oh I don't have to come over there to see that- I believe you..." and she went to go get "Bobby" the Mgr. (He never came). I honestly don't like giving bad reviews but shitty service and food. Only good thing about this experience is Dallas lost to the Giants ��� honestly doubt I'll ever go to that location ever again.
This is the absolute WORST place to go!!! I will never return to any Friday's after this! The management is a joke and the staff is reflection of that! They need to close!
It was nice to seat and eat and listen to good music. The service was great at some point I had two people checking on me and the service I was getting
