Very Good Endless Apps and it's Very Close to Home
Very very poor! They did not honor a reservation we made a week in advance; our large party had to sit seperately. We got our super food late! And someone didn't get their food at all. Someone else never got their drink. Someone else had hair in their food. They said they were out of boxes for those of us who did get food and wanted to take their's home. All in the same night! Everything was just a mess.
The food and drinks were awful!! This place needs a major make over with all new staff. Maybe some should call restaurant rescue.
Event hough the food was good the service was horrible the young man that waited on my daughter and myself didn't know what he was doing and the female manager stood their until she seen/or heard me letting the young guy know that he was ringing my order up correctly another server apologize to me and tell me that he was new and he would not issue me a receipt because he needs a copy for his self I was disgusted so I took my food and left but I would never return to this one EVER again. Our waitress Danielle was wonderful she made my experience the best ever luv to go before a movie
The food was good. Our waitress was very nice. But when we were first seated the table had ants or some type of little bugs on it. We asked to be moved and we did know problem with that at all. During our dinner another waitress actually had the nerve to ask us to get up and move because they had a big party to be seated...really that was so unprofessional! Why would you even fix your mouth to say that! We didn't move thats for sure and that "big party" was seated perfectly fine around us and with the ants smh...
I was at the Fridays in Bowie, MD Service is slow and staff had an attitude.I ordered a Rib Eye which was now where near what a Rib Eye should and definitely not worth $19.99. The presentation of my food was terrible and the manager was rude and obnoxious. Never ever ever ever will I eat here again.
We were traveling and had been caught in heavy traffic. I was getting a migraine and needed a coke. Usually we stop at a fast food place but there were none around (that we could see). We ran into TGI Fridays. Quickly explaining that we were weary travels and weren't there for dinner, I asked the host if I could get a coke to go. He was so kind and said yes.
