Waitress was fantastic - food was so so
Experience was terrible. Hostess was very unprofessional. Table and chairs were sticky. Drinks were ok. Food order was inaccurate and took over an hour.... Management cover the entire bill. The waitress was very good and was tipped well. Don’t do it.....
This place is HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD!! THESE PEOPLE CHARGED MULTIPLE CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD WHEN MY BILL WAS ONLY $10.75!!!! I WENT TO THE MANAGER RAVI WHO TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO!!! I HAD TO CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE. THOSE PEOPLE ARE THIEFS AND CROOKS! STAY AWAY!!!!
Anna was my waitress, it was her first day being a server, she was under alot ot pressure,I waited forever for my food but she kept a smile, eye contact and was very apologetic, we didn't mind waiting because she was very professional on her debut and because of that i'll be going back to see her progress......Anna you Rock
Customer service was on point, Food was good corporate music sucks tho
I enjoyed my meal! We was seated immediately however we did waited longer than expected for our food. The restaurant was basically empty because it was early. The bartender was on point the drinks was very good
Let me start off with I love TGIF, especially their Jack Daniel wings. All I can say about this one is our waitress was get. When say everything sucked I mean everything. Drinks I had a Long Island iced tea and it was clear and that wasn't due to extra alcohol it tastes like lemonade. Food took forever wings sucked. We had a party of 9 they put us all at one table we were cramped, I can go on and on. The men's bathroom smell like a truck stop.
At the Bowie location, it was my worse experience. Never greeted by waitress, so contacted the manager. It was absolute terrible night.
The restaurant was busy! Food was great! Waiter was good! No complaints!
