Music is too damn loud in the bar area. I can barely hold a conversation in the dining area and I asked to be seated as far away from the bar as possible. I could see this happening on a weekend night, but it is Wednesday at 8pm!! I couldn't even hear the hostess at the front door when she greeted me!
Poor service. Very slow. Seem like they only wanted to wait their friends.
My visit to the Bowie, MD location was the WORST and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I don't know if I'll ever go back to that location.
WORST SERVICE EVER. Server ass slow, manager was rude, ALL OF MY FOOD WAS COLD, and because the kitchen was closed I was not offered any food nor a better alternative to fix the situation. Manager on duty was super rude as well terrible attitude!
Service can be slow and a bit unprofessional at times.
Tell your door/seating manager to not eat at the desk. Especially if she intends to grab silverware and seat folks!
