the service was poor and our waitress was GARBAGE and I'm pretty sure she stole money from me... Can't remember her name, but if you see the girl with the big afro puff on top of her head, run for your life. ^_^
I went here(Bowie, MD) to celebrate my 21st birthday. Service was beyond poor. They had ONE server for the entire evening. Not ONE other server was on the floor besides a man who did not identify himself and came to our booth 20 minutes later of us being seated. My food was cold, I did NOT get the extra chicken and shrimp that I asked for neither did I ever receive my Corona Light I ordered! Worst birthday ever thanks to Fridays. At least the drinks were decent.
The wait was long for a table, then they just stuck us in a booth that was free all along. Yet another wait for drinks, at that time we gave our order for appetizers and dinner. The appetizers and dinner came at the same time so we ended up dumping all the appetizers on various plates and picking off each other's plate. The waitress acted like she really didn't want to be there. Don't go on a Friday or Saturday after 2PM. Not sure if I will go back, the food was ok but don't know if it will make me come back.
Better customer service if you sit at bar. Food ok
WORSE Fridays ever!!!! At the direction of this Fridays we made a reservation online to celebrate our daughter's 17th birthday yesterday. We arrived 10 minutes early. We were informed by the hostess that they did not get our reservation and it will be 15 minutes for them to get a table ready for us. After 45 minutes we were told our table was ready but when we were taken back we were told we had to sit at separate tables. The Drinks Were on point. The food was goodbut the service need a little improvement
I enjoyed my meal alone. Dani, my server was great!
TheService has been better, by the time I got my food my kids already had finished their food!
