very nice and knowledgeable, does his job well and advises when needed. We have had Jimmy service our house and my aunts house previously and were very satisfied with his work.

My technician Jimmy deserves a top rating. He is very competent, arrives on time and is always polite. He quickly finds the source of the problem, explains the solution in terms I can understand, and answers my questions. I feel comfortable having him in my home and can leave him alone if I have to leave my home. I have been a customer of this business for thirty years and never had any complaints about the service

Anthony was terrific! He told me exactly what the problem was, how much it would cost to make the repair and performed the repair in a timely fashion. He also showed up when promised. Thank you, T.F. Anthony Sterline was very helpful and courtesies in explaining what I needed to do with maintaining my gas furnace and water heater when it was schedule for the annual tune-up. When that was done, I had to reschedule again for a leak I had in the radiator. He return two days later to replace the steam valve part, and also gave me good advice on how to regulate my steam air valve system.

Technician was exceptional. Very polite and very proficient. Explained what the problem was and then proceeded to effect the appropriate repairs in a timely manner.

Service, contracted through Angie's List, was what I expected and more. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous in explaining various things about my gas furnace and heating system. Based on this experience I would recommend T.F. O'Brien.
