Service, contracted through Angie's List, was what I expected and more. Tech was knowledgeable and courteous in explaining various things about my gas furnace and heating system. Based on this experience I would recommend T.F. O'Brien.
Jimmy and Andrea showed up at my house last night (friday night) at around 11PM. I had a leak coming out my boiler and they saved the day. They stopped the water before it destroyed my basement. They came today with all the parts and finished the job. I have a service contract with you guys and it was the best investment for my home. My landlord called T F O'Brien to fix our hot water heater a few days before Christmas and Anthony was on call and came to see what the problem was. The heater needed a part that had to be ordered but Anthony showed my husband how to relight it until the part could be replaced. The day after Christmas the part was in and it was Anthony, again, who showed up to replace the part. Had Anthony come to fix the boiler and replace a few parts. Not only did he do an exceptional job diagnosing the problem and fixing it, but he walked me through the way the entire system worked because he felt the customer should be educated about their heating system. He determined what parts needed replacing and quickly went out and got them. No complaints.
I have used TF O'Brien a number of times over the last three years. Every interaction with the sales and servicemen has been a positive experience. On this last call, Anthony came to remove the previous broken unit and install a new one. He was very helpful in taking the time to really explain how heating/cooling unit actually worked and it's different features as well as even gave advice on another unit. I highly recommend TF O'Brien!
