Called the day before to confirm appointment and arrived the next day at specified time. Anthony the technician was polite and very informative.
I had a problem with my mini split a/c, the air flow had gotten weak. I called the manufacturer (fujitsu), they said to look for star ratings from their website. I found T.F. O"Brien, he had the highest rating of 5 stars. my original installer was no where to be found. They sent over a technician, and did he know his stuff. My blower wheel was dirty and needed removal and cleaning, not something a homeowner should attempt in my opinion. Excellent service
Felix did an excellent job. He showed up within the time allotted and called me 30 minutes before he showed up. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. I would be happy to have Felix service or start-up my equipment again.
