Horrible service. Claim they only had a contract to service 3 hvac and 1 heating. Make me wait 2 visits for the tech to reveal youre only contracted for 1 unit. Why would I contract for 3 for **** and only 1 heating when all do both? Would not use this company that doesnt care enough to clarify things at contract. Where are the notes indicating the reason I would have given for contracting for just 1 heating unit? They frequently had to come out twice anytime there was a problem. The 1st Technician came to do the annual boiler service and I started having heating problems. I changed the thermostat and the issue still continued, so I called the office, made a complaint and a 2nd Technician, (*** ******), came and resolved the problem. He was very professional, prompt, and I am very pleased with the service. Thanks!

I have used ********************** for years for my A/C and heating needs. This time, as always, they were on time and tested the system and found no problems. They even changed the filter for me. They even discussed the age of the system and noted that it is nearing its end and that I should consider over the next few years about replacing the system. No high pressure salesman at all. They do such a great job. Thanks.

***** the technician, was thorough and explained everything he was doing, plus made recommendations based on my questions. He did a thorough job on our maintenance and got the sales department on the phone when I had questions about a replacement unit.We've used ******************* for years and they have always provided great service for us on our heating and cooling systems.

They were wonderful from the very beginning to the end All their personal are knowledgeable professional and courteous. They respond to your calls and texts immediately. The work done was neat and clean as if they weren’t even there The ductless AC they said would do the job was right on point

My brother was impressed by their local advertisement. So I called. From the first person to the last person I communicated with, in the company, were kind & warm. Let’s not forget about their expertise & responsiveness. They explained my choices, the cost & the process in a manner I understood without dimming down the info. We ultimately chose to install two new heating units. I would definitely recommend this company!

Extremely professional. Technician arrived on time - wearing his face mask - very thorough examination of 2 HVACs! He discussed a different approach while I'm cleaning filters in between visits from O'Brien Co. The technician, (last name "Clark"), wrote his report and I received a copy. I had a choice about which company to use - and I chose O'Brien & Co based on my past experience with this company. I even purchased 2 HVACs from them last year to replace 2 "old" units (which O'Brien's kept up and running until "age" caused ... read more
