I saved 7 baby opossums whose mother was hit by a car & killed in front of my house. I took them to TWRC the next morning when they opened & they gave me lots of great info. I also have an id# & will be able to check on how the babies are doing.

A very deceptive article was written on Dock Line Magnolia edition about the albino raccoon. This albino raccoon was given to Friends of Texas Wildlife for them to care for it since TWRC couldn't do it. The article and especially the last sentence says that TWRC is the organization caring for this raccoon since he is un-releasable. A HUGE LIE. TWRC, please re-publish that article giving credit to the correct organization that is caring for this raccoon: Friends of Texas Wildlife

I dropped off a baby bird today and was warmly greeted and the baby bird was very well taken care of...immediately. GREAT facility!!!! Excellent, well informed staff! THANK YOU for being in Houston!!
