The service was awful! Every single time we come here our food is wrong or not cooked all the way. We also placed a to go order and the guy answered the phone just by saying "Name". The was no hello or anything. It took me by surprise and then our order ended up taking twice as long and it wasn't right. They werent even busy. I just don't understand what is happening to this place.

Bad service , bad food n it's the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen , it's the first time n last time.
Without a doubt the best steaks you can find in this price point. I always get a filet and it is so tender you can cut it with a fork. Steaks are nicely seasoned but it isn't overpowering. Oh, and the rolls are to die for. Service is very good at the Reynoldsburg location.
Over cooked my steak again. Medium rare, they give me medium well. Pathetic

Everytime I go to this restaurant they cook my steak wrong. Most of the time when I go they don't bother to bring the silverware. Last night one of the people I was with was serve potatoes without his steak. 2 of our three salads were brought out but were incorrect. The third salad was not brought out until we had finished our salads. They brought us rules with no butter and no plates. We had to ask for refills on our drinks. Worst service we have had in a long time. Server was so overwhelmed that it took almost 20 mins to order and another 40 mins before we got our food. Then no apologies for it! Seriously was not expecting it to take 2 hrs for dinner.
Went with my husband to lunch today. Not a good experience at all. After waiting about 20 minutes to get our food, his steak was not cooked right, sent it back. 20 minutes later, I am done with my food and his still isn't back. We decided to leave and then the manager Steve came with his food, we told him to forget it and he was rude, telling us to calm down, he has customers, OK, what are we??? Very rude manager, never going back. If you want a good steak go to Long Horn.
My favorite weekend place. Love the ribs and steaks.
