Came to pick up 3 Tailgate Special @ $20 each that I pre ordered and paid for at 2pm and said I would pick up at 6 got here at 5:53 and got my food at 6:10. When the manager came out he said that may be because it had been done before he came in at 5. They wanted me to pay for cold food that had been done for over an hour!!!

Service was bad. Waited 15 minutes on the phone to place a carryout. Had to call again to get someone to answer. Was told 20 minutes and it took more like an hour. Terrible service. I feel like they need to hire more staff.

Why has been an hour wait for my food when I did the carry out? This is ridiculous. They need to send indercovers to re evaluate the staff and procedures!!!!

It was an ok meal. Ask for medium steak and it came out rare. The service was great.

We waited for about 30mins for our meal. Found a bone fragment about 1/4 inch in diameter in a boneless 10oz ribeye, almost chipping a tooth, we brought it to the attention of the manager and nothing was done about it not even an apology, our server checked in on us one time at the very beginning of our meal and we didn't see her again until she brought out our check which had us paying for our free appetizer I am very disappointed with our visit. Doubt we will be back to this location.

Some of the best service I've experienced. Not just in Ohio but the country. I love Texas Roadhouse and the one in Columbus has seemed to surpass the ones in Arizona and Texas in quality and service.

It is awesome! Never have a long wait time and the food is always cooked to my specifications! And the drinks are the best! Servers are always friendly and accommodating plus the smile!!!!!! That's why I keep going back and recommend this restaurant highly. I visited an up-scale establishment at Easton Mall and although the food was good it didn't hold a candle to Texas Roadhouse. I paid $84.00 for my meal alone! I would have paid less then half that amount with more food and a less stuffy atmosphere. So kudos Texas Roadhous... read more
