Definitely ruined Fathers Day. We called to make a carry out order for our family since we knew it was going to be pretty busy. They said 25 minutes to pick which was fine well when we got there we continued to wait for additional 53 minutes. I got a medium cooked Portorhouse steak for my fiancé and when we got home it was burned to the core past well done. Called and on hold for 20 minutes still no answer smh.

Took us over an hour and a half to get our salads. Steak was chewy. Our group was not treated well by management when we complained. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
After being placed on hold for more than 18 minutes and then being told they were too busy to answer the phone, I walked in to find the carryout employee face timing with someone trying to find out why his prom date was mad at him. At least now I know why they were so busy.

Usually, I like this location. Staff is friendly and food is great. However, Today I told the lady at the desk I didn't want to sit in the bar, that I'd wait for a booth. After waiting for a while she had a nice young lady take me to a table. It was a high top. Specifically where I asked not to sit. The reason being I have a knee problem that makes it difficult and painful to try to get in a tall chair and then have no way to rest the leg in a position that doesn't exacerbate the pain. Went there for the first time at this location, waitress stephanie made herself scarce and brought us boxes to go before we even got our entire meals, asked her for the rest of out food and never came back, one manager named jw made himself unavailable as I was told he was at the bar and manager demario was brought to us, when demario approached, he asked us what our problem was, we said we can't find our waitress, she brought out part of our meal and never brought the rest back.
